Why you'll love it: Two discs are better than one! Get both sizes of the fan-favorite Saalt Disc for less when you purchase together as a Duo. Try them both to find your perfect fit, or if your cervix height varies through your cycle.

  • The Saalt Disc, at your cervix™, is designed to be the most comfortable and easiest reusable disc to insert and remove. Because the Saalt Disc doesn’t rely on suction to seal and positions behind your pubic bone, it’s ideal for those with bladder sensitivities, a weak pelvic floor, or anyone looking for period care that can stay in place during sex.* Includes a custom finger-hold that makes removal a breeze. What’s not to love?
*The Saalt Disc will not prevent pregnancy or protect against sexually transmitted infections.

Includes:
Regular Disc, Small Disc, and 2 carry bags

9/10 People Never Go Back

  • Jillian M.

If you have not used a cup or a disc for period care, you are missing out on so much freedom! No more stockpiles of supplies in your bathroom, purse, car. Insert and go! Done and done.

  • Wow, I love this disc as much as my cup! I tried other discs that were too soft to get in or put pressure on my cervix. I can barely feel this one and have had zero leaks. And love that you have two sizes so I can use the small for my light days. Amazing!

  • Alexa P.

The disc is definitely one of my new favorite period care items! So comfortable, so easy, and it's so cute too. Helps make that "time of the month" seem like any other day!

Harper U. ★★★★★

I was nervous about sizing, but having both discs in the duo let me compare without buying two separate sets. The smaller one fits perfectly for my lighter days, and the larger gives me confidence overnight.

Steven ★★★★★

The duo gives you two sizes to switch between depending on your flow day, and the softer rim on the smaller one made insertion way less intimidating than my old cup. It’s been leak-free through two heavy nights, which honestly surprised me since I’d given up on reusable options before.

Mia ★★★★★

The two-size Duo setup is such a smart idea—I tried the small one first and it worked fine, but the larger disc is honestly the most comfortable period product I've ever worn. Being able to switch based on my flow day makes the whole cycle feel way less stressful.
